Job Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation to execute sales and marketing programs to accelerate lead generation.
• To consistently deliver customer experiences that meet customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
• To meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets.
• Collect market and competitors’ information, evaluate market trends, monitor competitor activities and recommend changes for market positioning.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, projects and activities to track progress of lead and opportunity

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Possess good oral and numerical literacy, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak Mandarin in an added advantage.
