Job description

Our client is an ultra-luxury boutique hotel in Southeast Asia, renowned for personalized service, refined design, and exclusive leisure experiences.

This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Note: This position is available for expatriates only.

Profile
  1. Experience in 5-star & leisure resorts.
  2. Dynamic individual with a strong luxury foundation.
  3. High-end luxury boutique hotel experience.
  4. Established contacts with international high-end luxury tour operators.
  5. Experience with properties associated with Virtuoso and similar networks.
  6. Strong relationships with luxury travel consortia.
  7. Innovative, non-cookie-cutter approach.
  8. Participation in major trade shows.
  9. Strong knowledge in international PR & marketing, both traditional and digital.
  10. Effective liaison with targeted markets.
  11. Result-oriented with the ability to solicit business and maximize sales/revenue.
  12. Understanding of revenue and yield management techniques.
  13. Flexible, adaptable, and creative in evolving plans and events.
  14. Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  15. Persuasive with strong influencing skills to garner support and engagement.
