Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing Bancassurance products at bank branches
- Build relationships with bank customers for up-selling and providing professional personal financial advisory services
- Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank
- Provide follow-up on policy servicing services to customers, including payment mode, changes in plans, trustee appointments, and top-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree
- SPM holders must have obtained 5 passes and at least 3 years of working experience
- Enjoy meeting new people and actively canvassing for sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, pleasant, independent, committed, self-motivated, and highly sales and service-oriented
- Mobile and possess own transport
- Attractive remuneration scheme including basic salary, variable income (sales incentive + bonuses), and incentive trip reward
