As the Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Executive,
You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talents across business functions, with a strong focus on early careers recruitment – including talents for Aspire Program and internship placements. You will also be managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires. In parallel, the role also leads employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the market. This includes executing talent branding campaigns, managing career events, building university and industry partnerships and creating engaging content across digital platforms.
