As part of our continued rapid expansion, 360 Lease is investing heavily in brand, digital presence, and direct‑booking capabilities. We are now seeking a talented bilingual graphic & website designer (marketing‑focused) to play a key role in elevating our visual identity, marketing assets, and online platforms as we scale nationwide.
Role Overview
This role is primarily marketing‑driven, with a strong emphasis on listing visuals and conversion optimisation, supported by website content and page updates. The ideal candidate understands that design in hospitality is about trust, clarity, and bookings, not artistic expression alone. You will work closely with management and marketing to turn clear objectives into effective visual outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Design & Conversion Optimisation (Core Responsibility)
- Own the UI/UX design and visual optimisation of the 360 Lease direct booking website.
- Design and improve key website components, including:
- High‑impact hero sections
- Property image galleries
- Booking flow interfaces
- Trust‑building sections (reviews, testimonials, guarantees)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes for:
- New pages
- Landing pages
- Ongoing website improvements
- Support continuous optimisation initiatives, including:
- Layout refinements
- Design variations for A/B testing (in collaboration with marketing or development teams)
- Work closely with web developers to ensure:
- Pixel‑accurate implementation
- Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Focus on design ownership and optimisation input, not backend or server‑side development.
2. Marketing & Campaign Design
- Design digital marketing assets for:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok
- Email marketing campaigns
- Create visuals for:
- Seasonal promotions
- Special offers
- Campaign‑specific landing pages
- Ensure all marketing assets:
- Align with campaign objectives
- Drive traffic‑to‑booking conversion
- Maintain consistent branding across platforms
- Maintain and evolve brand visuals, including:
- Visual style
- Typography
- Imagery usage across all digital touchpoints
3. Marketing & Listing Visual Design (Property‑Focused)
- Edit and enhance property photos for:
- Direct booking website
- Airbnb and Booking.com listings
- Marketing and promotional use
- Perform professional photo optimisation:
- Lighting and colour correction
- Space enhancement
- Image consistency and composition
- Select and optimise:
- Listing cover images
- Gallery image sequencing to maximise engagement and booking conversion
- Design marketing visuals such as:
- Website banners
- Promotional images
- Simple infographics
- Ensure all visuals communicate:
- Cleanliness
- Trust
- Professional hospitality standards
4. Content & Asset Creation
- Produce visual content including:
- Graphics
- Icons
- Infographics
- Short‑form video content (basic editing or motion graphics) for website, blog, and social media use
- Retouch and optimise property photography to maintain a consistent, premium presentation.
- Manage and organise the company’s digital asset library, including:
- Property photos
- Marketing visuals
- Brand files and templates
5. Website Content Updates & Maintenance
- Maintain and update the existing company website (no full rebuild required).
- Work with CMS and website builders such as:
- Wix
- Webflow
- WordPress
- Shopify or similar platforms
- Upload and manage:
- Images
- Text content
- Page sections and layouts
- Improve visual consistency and page presentation to support marketing and booking goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external developers when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in website and digital design, preferably within hospitality, e‑commerce, or booking‑driven platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (property / interior photo editing experience is a big plus).
- Solid understanding of marketing‑oriented visual design (conversion‑driven, not purely artistic).
- Hands‑on experience with website builders or CMS platform.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with marketing teams or commercial projects.
- Experience designing visuals for Airbnb, real estate, hospitality, or short‑term rental businesses.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Fluent in Chinese & English (Written & Verbal).
- Must have a stable and reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
