A global industrial technology leader is seeking a Regional Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage marketing initiatives throughout Southeast Asia. This hands-on role focuses on B2B marketing, digital communications, and event management, requiring strong skills in technical communication and branding. The successful candidate will localise campaigns, support sales through lead generation, and ensure consistent messaging across channels. We are seeking a Regional Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on regional role combining technical B2B marketing, digital communications, and event management, working closely with local sales teams and an international marketing function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex engineering and technical concepts into clear, compelling stories, and who is comfortable operating in both digital and face-to-face environments.
Drive regional branding, visibility, and outreach across Southeast Asia.
Localise global marketing campaigns and content for individual SEA markets.
Translate technical and engineering concepts into customer-focused marketing messages.
Create and manage marketing materials including website content, social media posts, visuals, and videos.
Support digital marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
Maintain CRM data quality and support sales teams with marketing insights.
Plan and execute exhibitions, seminars, webinars, customer events, and site visits.
Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendors, catering, and promotions.
Work closely with sales teams to support pipeline development and lead generation.
Support promotion of spare parts and after-sales service offerings.
Collect customer testimonials, photos, and videos from completed installations.
Maintain and update the regional reference project database.
Coordinate PR and media-related activities.
Track marketing performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
Ensure consistent messaging across all digital and offline channels.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams.
Work with industry partners and associations to increase market visibility.
Align closely with global marketing teams based in Europe.
Adapt messaging to local languages, cultures, and industry norms across Southeast Asia.
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, or event coordination.
Strong exposure to digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to understand and communicate technical or engineering concepts clearly.
Experience organising technical, industrial, or industry-related events.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.
