Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that drive demand, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. This role works cross-functionally with sales, product, regional, and business unit (BU) teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes across external marketing, digital channels, and content initiatives.

Job responsibilities

External Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Lead external marketing initiatives, including event management, sponsorships, and industry engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-market campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business units (BUs) and overall business priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, from strategy and budgeting to launch, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Support and execute demand-generation programs designed to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and regional leadership teams to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Act as a key marketing partner to ensure consistent messaging and effective go-to-market execution across regions and channels.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage digital and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and effective audience engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Content Marketing

  • Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including campaign assets, thought leadership, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, customer needs, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to produce high-quality, impactful content.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or cross-market environment.
  • Strong understanding of demand-generation strategies, digital marketing, and content development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for the development and adaptation of marketing materials.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written); Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
