We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help build and scale our company from a startup stage. This role will lead local marketing execution while working closely with regional marketing teams to leverage shared resources, campaigns, and best practices.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, is comfortable building marketing foundations from scratch, and can balance independent execution with cross-regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build marketing foundations from the ground up, including processes, tools, and playbooks
- Define target segments, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for early-stage growth
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to align on brand, messaging, and campaigns
- Localize and execute regional marketing initiatives for the local market
- Leverage regional resources such as content, campaigns, and tools to accelerate execution
- Act as the local marketing lead, ensuring consistency while enabling market agility
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels
- Oversee development of marketing materials including website, decks, brochures, social media, and PR content
- Ensure all communications align with regional and corporate brand guidelines
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and pipeline
- Manage performance marketing activities including SEO/SEM, email, social, and content marketing
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize continuously
- Support product launches, messaging, and sales enablement materials
- Work closely with sales, product, and business development teams to support revenue growth
- Translate complex or technical offerings into clear customer value propositions
- Plan and execute events such as forums, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and conferences
- Coordinate partner marketing initiatives and joint campaigns
- Support market entry, ecosystem development, and early customer acquisition
- Monitor marketing performance using KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement
- Prepare regular reports and insights for management and regional stakeholders
- Use data to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, or enterprise environments
- Proven experience building or scaling marketing initiatives in a startup or high-growth company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across regions and time zones
