Overview
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and vehicle sales. Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels. Identify customer insights and digital trends to craft targeted marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Website Management and SEO: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of company websites for user experience and performance. Implement and monitor SEO strategies to increase website traffic and organic leads. Collaborate with web developers to troubleshoot and enhance website functionality.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) for all automotive brands. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to build brand loyalty. Monitor and respond to customer interactions to maintain a strong online community.
- Paid Advertising (SEM and Social Ads): Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Optimize social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach targeted customer segments. Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Content Marketing and Email Campaigns: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content (blog posts, videos, and newsletters). Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote offers. Analyze content performance and refine strategies to align with customer preferences.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and social media insights to track campaign performance. Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement). Generate actionable insights to guide future digital marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, sales and creative teams to align digital campaigns with overall business goals. Mentor junior marketing team members, provide guidance and support for their development. Liaise with external vendors and agencies as required for specialized marketing needs.
- Automotive Industry Focus: Develop digital campaigns tailored to the automotive customer journey, from vehicle discovery to purchase. Promote car launches, test drive promotions, and financing options through targeted digital channels. Stay updated on competitor strategies and emerging automotive digital marketing trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive or retail industry. Proven success in managing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs). Strong understanding of website management and CMS (WordPress or similar). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Creative Skills: Ability to craft compelling marketing content tailored to different customer segments. Knowledge of video marketing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven marketing. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Others: Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Experience in agency work is an added advantage. Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multilingual colleagues and clients.
Additional Information
Based at Wing Hin Group’s headquarters, with occasional travel to showrooms and event locations. Required to support events, product launches, or campaigns that may occasionally fall on weekends.
Hours
Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required for events or promotions.
