Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Devise comprehensive strategies to reach annual sales targets, focusing on segmentation and product-specific goals. Continuously monitor market trends and consumer behavior to refine strategies accordingly.
Budget Management: Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets to support various marketing activities while maintaining fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Sales Optimization: Implement solutions-focused approaches to optimize sales performance, driving continuous business improvement initiatives. Develop and execute relevant strategies to enhance the marketing mix, ultimately contributing to achieving annual sales and gross margin targets.
Supplier Management: Oversee negotiations and maintain relationships with third-party service providers to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing and advertising strategies within budgetary constraints.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth and new product trends. Implement best practices in marketing management to capitalize on these opportunities effectively.
New Product Development: Collaborate with corporate teams on new product development initiatives, managing projects to enhance the company’s new product pipeline and future gross margin capabilities.
Market Education Initiatives: Lead the execution of market nutrition education plans across sales channels, product advisors, and consumer supply chain strategies in both local and international markets.

Team Leadership: Lead the marketing, brand communication, and customer care teams by providing direction, guidance, and support. Ensure that team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Coaching and Mentoring: Act as a coach and mentor to team members, providing ongoing feedback, support, and development opportunities. Encourage professional growth and skill enhancement through constructive coaching and mentoring relationships.
Problem-Solving and Advising: Share expertise and insights to assist team members in problem-solving and decision-making processes. Provide advice and guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to overcome challenges and drive success.
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of each team member against key performance indicators and objectives. Provide constructive feedback and recognition to encourage continuous improvement and achievement of goals.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are essential, along with solid proficiency in Word.

Analytical & Presentation Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, writing capabilities, and presentation delivery.

Brand Building and New Product Development: Demonstrated expertise in brand building strategies, including the successful development and launch of new products. A deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape is essential for effective brand building and product innovation.
Advertising and Media Investments: Proficiency in advertising strategies and media investments, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach team members to achieve their full potential. Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results through effective communication and empowerment.
A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is mandatory: Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Food Science, Dietetics, Marketing, or Business Management.
Extensive experience in marketing within the OTC and pharmacy channel is highly desirable.
Proven expertise in marketing, including trade marketing and digital marketing strategies.
A minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in marketing, new product development, or sales management.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
