Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor, and pricing studies; track new launches, promotions, positioning, and key market trends.
- Consolidate insights into simple reports and recommendations to support pricing, campaign strategy, and sales planning.
Marketing Planning & Execution (Pre-Launch to Post-Launch)
- Support end-to-end marketing execution for assigned projects (pre-launch, launch, and sustaining phases), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate project marketing calendar including teaser, launch campaign, sales events, festive campaigns, and sustaining activities.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials, including hoarding design/installation, project microsite and registration journey, brochures/flyers, videos, social media assets, scale model, show unit branding, and other collaterals.
- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines, approvals, and relevant regulatory / compliance requirements where applicable.
- Work with internal teams and/or agencies on digital campaigns (e.g., social media, Google/Meta ads, property portals) to generate quality leads and drive registrations.
- Monitor basic campaign performance (leads, CPL, conversion, registrations) and coordinate optimisation actions with agencies.
- Liaise with appointed real estate / marketing agencies on sales activities, events, and weekly sales progress updates.
- Coordinate sales gallery activities and ensure sales tools/materials are updated and available for the sales team and agencies.
Creative & Vendor / Agency Management
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials, including (but not limited to) hoarding design/installation, project microsite and registration journey, brochures/flyers, videos, social media assets, scale model, show unit branding, and other collaterals.
- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines, approvals, and relevant regulatory / compliance requirements where applicable.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Support
- Work with internal teams and/or agencies on digital campaigns (e.g., social media, Google/Meta ads, property portals) to generate quality leads and drive registrations.
- Monitor basic campaign performance (leads, CPL, conversion, registrations) and coordinate optimisation actions with agencies.
Sales Support & Agency Liaison
- Liaise with appointed real estate / marketing agencies on sales activities, events, and weekly sales progress updates.
- Coordinate sales gallery activities and ensure sales tools/materials are updated and available for the sales team and agencies.
Events & On-Ground Activations
- Plan and coordinate sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and previews (including logistics, booth setup, staffing, and materials).
- Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth event execution and post-event follow-up.
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign updates, lead status, and marketing progress for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal approvals and alignments across relevant departments (Sales, Product, Design, Corporate Comms, Finance, Procurement, etc.).
Budget & Admin Coordination
- Support marketing budget tracking for assigned projects, including PO/PR coordination, vendor quotations, invoice documentation, and cost control within approved budget.
- Maintain proper filing/records for marketing materials, vendor agreements, and campaign documents.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property marketing and/or property sales support, preferably with a property developer, real estate agency, or marketing agency handling property accounts.
- Strong understanding of property project launch cycle (pre-launch planning, launch execution, sustaining marketing).
- Hands-on experience coordinating agencies/vendors, marketing collaterals, and sales events/roadshows/exhibitions.
- Familiar with digital marketing and lead generation channels (property portals, social media campaigns, microsites/registration forms, WhatsApp/CRM follow-up flow is a plus).
- Able to interpret basic performance metrics and prepare clear weekly/monthly updates.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with internal teams and external agencies.
- Strong coordination, timeline management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva / basic design briefing is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends/after-hours when required for launches and events.
