As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence, customer engagement, and digital marketing performance. Working closely with regional and cross-functional teams, you will plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a fully on-site role based in KL Sentral. Work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 360° marketing and activation campaigns across retail, digital, social, and experiential platforms.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content, visuals, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital marketing assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on digital marketing (agency or in-house) experience, including platforms such as:
- Performance marketing: Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- CRM/EDM: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Landing page creation: WordPress, Instapage, or similar
- SEO: Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Social media: Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, content, and email marketing
- Experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or ROI-driven campaigns is a strong advantage
- Meta and Google Ads certifications are advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing campaigns in international markets such as AU, NZ, CA, US, or UK is a plus.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms
