Develop and post engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other platforms.
Design eye-catching graphics and visuals to support campaigns.
Strategize and write compelling copy to highlight resort experiences and promotions.
Shoot and edit videos that showcase the beauty and uniqueness of our resort.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, comments, and messages with professionalism and warmth.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
Experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for nature, hospitality, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
