We’re looking for a creative and analytical Assistant Manager in Digital Marketing to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple markets.
You’ll plan and execute digital campaigns, manage paid ads, optimize digital funnels, and shape our brand voice online, all while working alongside a passionate and supportive marketing team that values creativity and purpose.
Manage and grow the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and execute engaging content calendars that resonate with our target audiences.
Ensure brand tone and visuals reflect our commitment to health, wellness, and professionalism.
Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop impactful, on-brand creatives.
Develop and execute lead acquisition and nurturing strategies for our regional clinics.
Manage landing pages, CRM integrations, and remarketing initiatives.
Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance using data insights.
Oversee website content updates, structure, and UX for a seamless visitor experience.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site performance.
Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints.
Prepare monthly performance reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track effectiveness.
Present insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic improvement.
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging tools.
Propose and implement creative digital initiatives that strengthen our online presence.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
Strong practical experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
