Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, developing marketing strategy and being able to manage digital platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, XHS & etc.).
  • Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives which inclusive offline events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Assist in daily administrative duties for the company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all online platforms, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
  • Assistant in e-commerce role by managing sales, availability, pricing, listings content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
What would make you successful

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Nutritionist/Dietitians, Food Science, Pharmacy or related field.

At least 1-2 years of working experience is required for the role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity in content creation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast pace, team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new and healthcare industry trends in digital marketing.

Fun, positive, energetic, confident and presentable

With knowledge of social media platforms, social media analytics, advertising, content creation and brand marketing experience.
