Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and oversee Tropicana Corporation Berhad’s social assets which include the official Facebook page, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok account etc.
- Support and facilitate Tropicana Corporation Berhad's social and digital marketing campaigns, driving impactful branding and generating valuable leads across various digital platforms in accordance to KPIs.
- Facilitate and execute website development, optimizing search engine presence (SEO), compelling content marketing, targeted email campaigns, and maintaining a strong social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Google, property portals, and other relevant digital channels.
- Generate reports and findings for all social and digital initiatives including expenditure and return of investment (ROI) to monitor and analyze online marketing metrics.
Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Media
- Facilitate and execute communication strategy of campaigns by ensuring consistent branding and messaging across both online and offline marketing channels, materials and platforms in accordance to KPIs.
- Facilitate and execute communication strategy of campaigns or projects by executing compelling marketing collaterals including print, radio, digital, social and out of home (OOH) advertisements.
- Monitor budget and return of investment (ROI) of all campaigns.
Brand Campaigns and Initiatives
- Facilitate brand initiatives for Tropicana Corporation Berhad which includes festive campaigns and other branding exercises.
- Facilitate potential partnerships and collaborations with external parties.
- Monitor and report all results and return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives.
Group Marketing Initiatives
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute group marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, achieve marketing objectives and drive sales.
Events / Roadshows / Brand Collaborations
- Facilitate and support in the execution of events, roadshows or brand collaborations.
Award Submissions
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute brand and/or property award submissions.
CRM / Marketing-related Infrastructure / Systems
- Execute the deployment and implementation of sales and marketing-related infrastructure or systems i.e., Sales Candy, LoanPlus, MHW.
General
- To implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing/digital marketing/corporate communications.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills to develop marketing content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure marketing performance.
- Ability to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns under the guidance of managers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
- Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Aptitude for analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
