About the Role

Hiring an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead THE digital execution efforts. This is a high-impact, leadership role requiring a broad and strategic understanding of various digital channels. The Senior Specialist will manage diverse digital marketing activities, including paid media, social platforms, and basic SEO, and will be expected to lead and mentor a junior team member. The ability to present strategic ideas, manage projects end-to-end, and represent the brand's vision is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, search, email, web).
  • Lead the running and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM), demonstrating strong experience in various ad formats and platforms.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the brand's social media presence and engagement strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a junior team member, fostering their development in project management and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and effective project delivery.
  • Conduct presentations and clearly articulate strategic ideas to management and internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Apply a foundational understanding of SEO principles to content and campaign execution.
  • Contribute to overall digital strategy, covering a broad spectrum of digital marketing elements rather than specializing in one service area.

Experience & Skills:
