The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads/sales by leveraging data-driven strategies, content creation, and performance marketing tools. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and cost per lead.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
B. Social Media & Content
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Work with designers, videographers, and agencies to develop high-quality visuals and content.
C. Website & SEO
- Oversee website updates, content improvements, and user experience optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Track website performance with Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, and other tools.
D. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze metrics to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare dashboards for management to track ROI, lead quality, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Work closely with Sales, Creative, and Product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, influencers, and partners when needed.
Requirements Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Good copywriting skills and basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
