Within Würth IT, Würth Global Services (WGS) serves as a global competence center for standardized IT services. The Systems area focuses on modern workplace technologies including identity, communication, collaboration and endpoint management. By joining this team, you will help to ensure a stable and secure digital workplace environment for users worldwide.
As a Modern Workplace Support Engineer (L2), you will provide operational support across the services that form the Würth Group’s global digital workplace. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving incidents, supporting identity and access topics, assisting with communication and collaboration services and contributing to stable endpoint and client operations.
You will also support Unified Communications (mail, phone, contact center) and workplace system components such as Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure basics. Close collaboration with third-level engineering teams across Core Systems, Unified Communications, Endpoint Management and Collaboration is a key part of this role.
This position requires broad technical understanding, a strong service mindset and a structured working style within a global support environment.
