• Formulate and drive strategic financial direction of IB together with the CEO and IB LOB Heads whilst maintaining standards of practice that ensure the way IB business is managed is at the high level
• Oversee the financial and regulatory accounting to ensure accurate recording of the business's financials and all other financial accounting functions as required
• Business Finance reporting - provide insightful business analysis to the LOB's, CEO, Group management and Board
• Provide sufficient insights and contribute positively in business strategy formulation
• Support and manage deliverables management committee, task force, audit committee as well as the Board of Directors
• Support in technical accounting of IB business
• Manage and provide timley and accurate insightful financial performance reports and analysis to support business decisions and drive performance
• Manage cost performance report and drive cost management initiatives
• Manage reporting and provision of information to internal and external stakeholders including external auditors, regulators, group finance , internal auditors etc
• Streamline IB finance processes to enhance overall efficiency
• Proper management of the overall external and internal audit processes
• Oversee and manage KCT, BCM and other processes as required in the areas of key process controls, testing to ensure SOPs are relevant and adequate
• Strong business acumen and strong leadership skills

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• Min 15 years working experience in finance
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrate business acumen to business partner
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Self motivated and independent
