A leading financial services provider in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager for Group Corporate Finance & Investment Management. The role involves supporting M&A activities, overseeing a portfolio of investee companies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields, 3-5 years of relevant banking experience, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Job Purpose:
Responsible to assist the Regional Head with the Group's M&A, corporate transactions and restructuring activities, as well as the Group’s portfolio of investments. GCFIM also works with other divisions within the Group on the Group’s capital raising and investment/divestment activities.
