Step into a pivotal regional leadership position where you will safeguard critical systems, uphold security standards, and guide multi‑country teams in navigating complex regulatory and cyber‑risk landscapes.
You will define and drive the regional IT security strategy, influence enterprise‑level decisions, and collaborate with senior leaders across business, IT, regulatory bodies, and external partners. This is your chance to elevate cybersecurity maturity across multiple markets while building high‑performing teams.

- Lead and continuously improve the regional IT security strategy.
- Ensure compliance with global/local security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk assessment, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Collaborate with business, IT, regulators, and external partners to implement security initiatives.
- Mentor and strengthen regional IT security teams, capability, and succession pipeline.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 10–12 years of progressive IT security, cybersecurity, or risk management experience.
- Proven leadership of IT security programs and teams, ideally across regions.
- Experience with governance, incident response, threat management, and regulatory compliance.
- Background in financial services or banking is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Expertise in security frameworks, risk management, and secure architecture.
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and effective decision‑making under pressure.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to anticipate emerging cyber threats.
- High integrity, excellent communication, and strong mentoring capability.
