Responsibilities:

• Responsible in assuming various agency functions for overall coordination of the Private Debt Securities issuance and Syndicated Credit Facilities.
• To assist to ensure compliance of conditions precedent for each issuance, accuracy data entry into FAST system and completeness of security documentation as well as safekeeping of the documents.
• Responsible to administrate coupon payment and redemption.
• To liaise with customers to monitor and ensure compliance of covenants required under the terms of the facility documents.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have a recognized Degree from a recognized university/higher learning institution with a minimum of 2-5 years working experience.
• Possess good working aptitude and strong interest in financial markets and banking industry.
• Having good communication and inter-personal skills in dealing with internal and external customers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.).
• A proactive team player who is meticulous, able to a multi-task and detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
