A leading beverage company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure efficiency. The role involves leading teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining equipment reliability. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the beverage or food industry. This position aims at achieving operational excellence and supporting the company's strategic goals.

Reports to: Head of Manufacturing
The Production Manager will lead and manage the production department, ensuring the smooth operation of all production lines, the basic maintenance of equipment, and the required good manufacturing practices (GMP). The role focuses on driving operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency to meet the plant’s production goals. This role involves coordinating resources, managing teams & stakeholders from cross functional department, to optimize production processes, enhance equipment reliability, and support the company’s strategic objectives.
