Responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily department operations and system Auto count.
- Handle for the entire department HR related issue and request
- Medical Sheet / Claim, Manpower Request, Rotating Shift Change
- Note, Purchase Request, Overtime Record, Record (leave application, daily attendance & lateness)
- In-charge of department administrative job
- Filing, Stationary, request, budget plan by monthly, document distribution
- Update Training Records
- Monitor Training Progress with HR for new employee
- Follow up suppliers for delivery
- Daily Update attendance record
- Filling D.O from suppliers
- Prepare monthly report, updates of records
- Provide clerical supports to superior
- Responsible to deliver any other assignment/task as assigned by H.O.D
- Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
- Involve in stock take
- SPM / Diploma
- Working experience in related field
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
