A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Leader for Factory Integration to manage AI projects. You will collaborate with teams to create and define epics, facilitate AI project implementation, and monitor progress. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, and a strong understanding of AI concepts. This role is crucial for driving AI strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Job description

Senior Project Leader Factory Integration

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role:

Collaborate with user representatives, Business Analysts, architects, and Lean Portfolio Management to create epics that align with the company's AI strategy

Coordinate the analysis of epics, definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and creation of lean business cases for AI projects

Define epic roadmaps, coordinate the split of epics into features/user stories, and work out dependencies until MVP is achieved

Facilitate the implementation of AI projects through the continuous delivery pipeline and release on demand

Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning to drive epic implementation until MVP

Collaborate with Solution Management, Product Management, and Scrum Masters to align priorities and backlogs of AI projects

Engage with stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support for AI projects

Foster transparent and effective communication among stakeholders, teams, and leadership

Drive and manage AI projects until MVP creation, and shepherd and facilitate afterwards

Monitor and track AI project development progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Communicate continuously to stakeholders and get involved in all critical activities related to AI projects

Pro-actively initiate and follow up on escalation management.

Keep AI project documentation updated

Understand and report on the AI project's progress to key stakeholders and Portfolio Management

Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
