Job description

Demand Management - perform What if analysis, supply demand data analysis

Order Management - review PO, PO relocation/cancellation to balance the inventory across factories, work with client company team on PRPO fallout issue, PO past due issue

BOM Management - work on part setup in system for conversion, work with team on the alternate sources transition plan to achieve optimum inventory level

Inventory Management - work with company on EOL plan, excess inventory management and scrap management

Continuous Improvement - work with client company on the continuous improvement on cost, inventory optimization, consumption vs forecast , waste reduction and Zero Bin avoidance

Process - work with client company on audit engagement, Desktop procedures (DTP) review, update, review and improvement

Records Management:Maintain detailed records of purchases, quotations, and supplier information, supporting audit requirements and decision-making processes.

Negotiation Support:Assist in securing favorable terms, competitive pricing, and optimal contract conditions while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Professional Standards:Uphold company etiquette and professional standards in all dealings, representing the organization with integrity.

Additional Responsibilities:Handle various duties and special projects assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational goals.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Business operation, logistic, industrial engineering, IT related field with 3~5 years of supply chain experience such as purchasing executive, buyer, material planner or logistic operation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills liaise with internal or external stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, and Programming knowledge (SQL, pathfinder, Power BI) is an strategic advantage.

Strong data analytic skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent orientation for details

Able to work independently, sense of urgency, innovative in nature and resourceful working in an ambiguous, fast paced and dynamic environment.
