We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Singapore-based sustainable technology company focused on turning waste into value and enabling eco-friendly practices. They are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Remote) to join their team and make an impact in sustainability.
Sustainability Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, verify, and analyze sustainability data from clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting structures aligned with established frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through robust verification processes.
- Support the development, setup, and maintenance of proprietary sustainability data platforms.
- Contribute to improvements and innovations in data management systems
- Analyze sustainability metrics to identify trends, track progress, and highlight opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Provide actionable insights that support clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
- Partner with business development, operations, and client sustainability teams to communicate program outcomes effectively.
- Assist in training and educating stakeholders on data collection methods, sustainability reporting, and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Management, Data/Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related analytics field.
- Experience in data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Previous exposure to sustainability or ESG-related data (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially with large datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (macros knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with Measurement & Verification (M&V) standards (advantageous).
