A professional technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic individual to manage channel partnerships and drive sales growth. This role includes building strong relationships with partners, developing account plans, and meeting sales targets. Build and manage relationships with channel partners, and develop an understanding of their business.
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans within key accounts, including development of relationship maps and the management of senior level relationships, an understanding of key priorities for each business unit.
Forecast and track key accounts with the Pre‑Sales and Technology team to understand and formulate a solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
Plan and achieve business growth targets, through the presentation of Finther Products and Services.
Responsible for developing the channel partner sales and key management in Malaysia.
Identify and establish right contact with important key partner accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
Meet quarterly and annual individual and team’s sales goals and targets.
Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business plans with the partners.
Prepare and present weekly sales activities reports during sales management meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers.
Increase brand awareness and demand through targeted local sales & marketing campaigns along with the partner community.
Manage and facilitate the training and enablement of managed partners
Strong relationship management and communication skills to interact effectively with partners and internal teams.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop strategic account plans.
Familiarity with channel sales strategies.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Computer Engineering, IT or any related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT security solution sales, or any related field with proven track record of successful sales achievements.
