A leading recruitment platform in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced event manager to plan and manage PR and brand events from concept development to execution. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing on-site coordination, and collaborating with various teams to ensure events align with brand objectives. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Plan and manage PR and brand events from concept development to execution
Events include business forums, private salons, VIP networking sessions, brand launches, and corporate engagements
Project Execution & On-site Management
Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows
Lead on-site coordination to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery under tight schedules
Manage and coordinate with external vendors (venues, design, production, AV, photography, hosts, etc.)
Control costs while maintaining premium standards
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with branding, content, media, and business development teams
Ensure events align with brand positioning and commercial objectives
Post-event Review
Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting
Continuously optimize processes, templates, and execution standards
2–3 years of experience in PR, event planning, or event management
Proven experience managing full-cycle events independently
Highly action-oriented; able to turn ideas into results
Calm under pressure, capable of handling last-minute changes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
