We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Singapore-based sustainable technology company focused on turning waste into value and enabling eco-friendly practices. They are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Remote) to join their team and make an impact in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, verify, and analyze sustainability data from clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting structures aligned with established frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through robust verification processes.
Platform & Tools Management
  • Support the development, setup, and maintenance of proprietary sustainability data platforms.
  • Contribute to improvements and innovations in data management systems
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Analyze sustainability metrics to identify trends, track progress, and highlight opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights that support clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
Collaboration, Communication & Training
  • Partner with business development, operations, and client sustainability teams to communicate program outcomes effectively.
  • Assist in training and educating stakeholders on data collection methods, sustainability reporting, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Management, Data/Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related analytics field.
  • Experience in data collection, validation, and analysis.
  • Previous exposure to sustainability or ESG-related data (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially with large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (macros knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Measurement & Verification (M&V) standards (advantageous).
