A leading electronic display manufacturer is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Malaysia. The role involves designing, developing, and testing products while managing global suppliers and leading projects from prototype to mass production. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, strong knowledge of ACAD, 3D Solidworks, and effective communication skills. This position offers exposure to international business demands with no office politics and opportunities for recognition and growth.

Skills
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer (or Senior) to join our team at Intec Display Sdn Bhd. This full-time role will be based in either Puncak Alam or Petaling Utama, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the LCD Display industry. As a Mechanical Engineer (or Senior), you will play a crucial part in the development and improvement of our products and solutions, helping the company grow and expand its international clientele.
- To design, develop, and test products
- To manage vendors from far-east and international customer’s requirement
- To lead projects from prototype to mass production within set timeline
- MUST have at least 2-3 years experience in design environment
- MUST have good knowledge in ACAD and 3D Solidworks
- Experience in flexible circuit, sheet metal, and plastic part design.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, PPAP and GD&T in product design.
- Strong knowledge in stacking (stack-up) analysis.
- Careful with details, meticulous, proactive in project follow-ups.
- Strong communication skills and always at ease when dealing with global suppliers and customers.
- Highly responsible, committed and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Working with global customers and far-east supply chains expose one to international business demand in terms of quality, delivery and competitiveness
