Descripción de la vacante
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Controller for a food manufacturing company in Senai, Malaysia. The successful candidate will monitor quality control points, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A diploma or degree in Food Science, Technology, or Nutrition is required along with fluency in English, BM, and Mandarin. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is essential. This role offers a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Formación
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Technology, or Nutrition is required.
- Must be fluent in English, BM, and Mandarin.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor quality control in production processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials.
Conocimientos
Educación
Assist in monitoring critical quality control points in production.
Maintain an accurate and organized record-keeping system.
Ensure good housekeeping practices are upheld in the production area.
Support the maintenance of the Quality Control documentation system.
Verify that product processing adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in the implementation of quality management procedures within the factory.
Ensure adherence to correct food recipe guidelines during product processing.
Inspect the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition or equivalent
English, BM and Mandarin (to deal with mandarin speaking customers from overseas)
Willing to work in Senai (Near to airport)
5-day workweek (flexible) - days off are not fixed on weekends
Depending on production needs, work may be required on weekends, and rest days will be scheduled between Monday and Friday
Day and night shift
