Responsibilities

Safely and punctually transport individuals to and from meetings and events.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely arrivals.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all conversations and information encountered during transportation assignments.

Regularly clean and maintain the company vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.

Perform routine checks on the vehicle's engine, tire pressure, oil levels, brakes, and other critical components.

Dispatch and retrieve documents from specified locations as needed.

Undertake additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Clean driving record with no major traffic violations and no criminal record.

Proficient in both simple English and Bahasa Melayu.

Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.

Punctual with a strong work ethic.
