Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve cost efficiency and productivity. Oversee the setup and qualification of wafer bumping production, including internal and external (customer) qualifications, and ensure smooth transition to high-volume mass production.
  • Manage day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal product output and adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive production stability and efficiency through robust production management practices.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, effectively managing human resources to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Ensure quality compliance across all manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion lean manufacturing principles and manage small group activities to enhance operational excellence.
  • Control departmental budget and costs, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Formulate strategic plans and lead the team to achieve manufacturing goals and KPIs.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to resolve engineering challenges and maintain competitiveness.
  • Evaluate team performance and capabilities, supporting career development in line with company plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • 12-14 years of work experience, including 5-8 years in manufacturing operations within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
