Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site communication and business research of project customers to obtain timely and accurate information and requirements.
• Responsible for analysing and consolidating requirements for product technicians.
• Responsible for compiling, updating and publishing business processes, product specifications, training materials and other project related documents.
• Assist sales with pre-sales technical support.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above, major in logistics, IT or related.
• Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in implementing Warehouse Management System (WMS), transportation management system, express management system, e-commerce system, ERP, API and other systems.
• Possess excellent project management, good interpersonal and document writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure.
