Job summary
A prominent HR management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations including the full set of accounts. The role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software. You will prepare financial statements, handle budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry for the accounts receivable accounting system
- Prepare management account, balance sheet, income statement, & cash flow
- Manage e-Invoice tasks such as issuing, receiving, verifying, and filing invoices.
- Handle emails related to payments, invoices, etc.
- Ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents, ensuring all e-invoice transactions comply with LHDN requirements.
- Able to operate accounting software.
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and Payroll.
- Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company. Compile, analyze and review budgets submitted by all relevant parties
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or professional certificate in accounting
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the palm oil background/Transportation industry, with at least 4 years of experience in full set accounts and subsidiary company management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
