Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and functions, such as data entry for the accounts receivable accounting system
  • Prepare management account, balance sheet, income statement, & cash flow
  • Manage e-Invoice tasks such as issuing, receiving, verifying, and filing invoices.
  • Handle emails related to payments, invoices, etc.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents, ensuring all e-invoice transactions comply with LHDN requirements.
  • Able to operate accounting software.
  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and Payroll.
  • Monitor, coordinate and preparation of annual budget and forecast for the company. Compile, analyze and review budgets submitted by all relevant parties
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or professional certificate in accounting
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role in the palm oil background/Transportation industry, with at least 4 years of experience in full set accounts and subsidiary company management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
