Job description

This is a full-time HR Executive role based in Cheras, Selangor, providing comprehensive HR support across the business. As part of the HR team at Harmonious Happy Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing
  • Administering and maintaining the company's HR policies, procedures and records
  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development and performance management
  • Providing HR advisory support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
  • Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management processes
  • Maintaining and updating the HR information system
  • Generating HR reports and analysing HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations
  • Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical HR solutions
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
