Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, arranging interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents like employment letters, memos, and contracts.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and claims.
Employee Relations
  • Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Support a positive working environment and employee engagement activities.
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support audits and documentation for compliance purposes.
Training & Development
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and track training records.
Reporting
  • Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave usage, etc.) for management.
