Hospitality HR Executive: Elevate Staff Experience
Zusammenfassung
A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Human Resources Executive in Kedah, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage employee relations, support management on policies, and ensure adherence to recruitment processes. Ideal candidates are Malaysian citizens with prior experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifikationen
- Local Malaysian citizen.
- Previous experience in Human Resources Officer or equivalent role.
- Flexibility to respond to varying work situations.
- Knowledge of hospitality and Malaysia employment law is advantageous.
Aufgaben
- Support and advise Managers on policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues confidentially.
- Ensure recruitment and selection process adherence.
- Assist in the organisation of Team Member social events.
