Job summary

A leading technology company in Selangor is seeking a skilled HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and oversee administrative operations. Responsibilities include preparing employment contracts, coordinating onboarding processes, and supporting the management in policy implementation. Responsibilities

  • Handle end to end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview arrangement.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Oversee administrative operations including cleanliness and facilities.
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports, and internal announcements.
  • Support foreign staff administration including visa, permit, and accommodation.
  • Assist management in implementing company policies and procedures.

Human Resources(人力资源部分)
  • Handle end to end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview arrangement。
    负责招聘流程:发布职位、筛选履历、安排面试。
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, probation evaluation forms。
    准备劳动合同、转正信、试用期评估文件。
  • Maintain employee records and ensure document compliance。
    维护员工档案,确保文件合规。
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation & attendance checking。
    协助薪资计算及考勤审核。
  • Coordinate onboarding & offboarding processes。
    负责员工入职与离职流程。
  • Support training arrangement & HRDC administrative matters。
    协助培训安排与HRDC相关事务。
  • Handle employee relations and provide HR support to departments。
    处理员工关系,提供HR支持。
Administration(行政部分)
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination。
    负责办公用品、资产管理及供应商对接。
  • Oversee office & factory administrative operations, including cleanliness and facilities。
    监督办公室与工厂的行政运作(环境、设施维护)。
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports, and internal announcements。
    撰写通知、通告及行政报告。
  • Support foreign staff administration (visa, permit, accommodation when needed)。
