This role is crucial for providing application support and troubleshooting system issues in core HR systems. Executive - HRIS Support (HR Shared Services)
Responsibilities
  • Providing application support and troubleshooting system issues by identifying root causes, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring timely resolution for core HR systems—including Employee Profile, Leave, Claim, Payroll, Report and other related modules—to ensure smooth daily operations and the timely execution of periodic activities.
  • Collaborating with HR subject matter experts, stakeholders, and system vendors throughout the full system implementation lifecycle—including requirements gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support—while enhancing system functionalities, implementing new requirements, streamlining HR processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, SOPs, and delivering end-user training to support effective system usage and adoption of enhanced features.
  • Possess a strong understanding of databases and data structures, enabling effective system support, data analysis, report development (e.g., using SQL), and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration across HR systems through robust data governance and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Requirements
  • A candidate from IT background, who has at least 2-3 years of working experience in supporting global HR applications or similar role. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too!
  • A degree in IT, such as Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of database structures and design.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Candidate who possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate who can understand complex information and business requirements, especially knowledge in HR information in order to advise on business requirements.
