Résumé du poste
A prominent HR service provider in Johor Bahru is looking for a Human Resource Officer to manage foreign worker documentation, coordinate training programs, and handle staff claims. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Business Administration and have 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa. This is a full-time role based in Johor Bahru, offering a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, particularly in claims and foreign worker management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and immigration policies.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
Responsabilités
- Maintain records of foreign workers' documentation and ensure compliance with laws.
- Coordinate training programs to meet company strategic goals.
- Process staff claims in alignment with company policies.
