Job summary

A leading global energy solutions provider seeks an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process focusing on Direct Labor and non-exempt roles. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure adherence to HR policies, and support new employee onboarding. This position offers a competitive benefits package including medical, generous paid time off, and additional parental leave. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a manufacturing background.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Direct Labor (DL) and non-exempt hiring is required.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for DL, non-exempt, and other assigned positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
  • Provide guidance to managers on interviewing techniques and selection criteria.
