Job summary

A global HR solutions company is seeking a Regional Learning Systems Analyst in Perak. The role involves administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with corporate learning governance. Key responsibilities include managing user registrations, generating reports, and providing support to HR Business Partners. Ideal candidates have experience with LMS or HRIS systems, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to enhance learning experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of corporate learning governance and compliance.
  • Experience in administering an LMS or HRIS system (knowledge of VES or Valer is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to be based in Perak.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the LMS/LXP Administrator/Superuser for the region.
  • Ensure exclusive use of official learning systems, enforcing global policies.
  • Manage core LMS functions, including user registrations and class management.
  • Generate reports and provide valuable insights on regional learning data.
  • Act as the liaison with the global Centre of Excellence to suggest platform improvements.
  • Provide consulting support to HR Business Partners and internal clients.
  • Offer guidance and training on system functionalities.
  • Drive LMS engagement by promoting corporate learning pathways.
