About the Role

Production Clerk is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily department operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the entire department HR related issue and request
  • Handle paperwork for Medical Sheet / Claim, Manpower Request, Rotating Shift Change
  • Perform data entry for Purchase Request, Overtime Record, Record (leave application)
  • In-charge of department administrative job, eg. prepare monthly report, updates of records
  • Filing, Stationary, request, budget plan by monthly
  • Update Training Records
  • Monitor Training Progress with HR for new employee
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery
  • Daily Update attendance record
  • Filling D.O from suppliers
  • Provide clerical supports to superior
  • Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
  • Involve in stock take activity
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Working experience in related field
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
