Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 5-7 years of HR experience, including in learning and development. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in L&D or talent management roles.
  • Certifications in training or HRD Corp are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of L&D methodologies and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, planning, execution, and evaluation of the annual Learning & Development plan.
  • Oversee training administration activities including training needs analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate the university-wide Performance Management cycle and provide training to managers.
