Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in HR or related fields, along with at least 3 years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Malaysian employment laws are essential. This position offers a salary of up to RM 5000 and a work week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in related industry.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage monthly payroll, including data entry and system updates.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Address employee grievances and manage basic disciplinary matters.
