Execute the full-process recruitment work, including demand analysis, channel development, resume screening, interview arrangement and offer communication; efficiently handle internal and external procedures related to employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer and resignation.
Lead the new employee onboarding process, including background checks, labor contract signing, system account opening, etc., to ensure all contracts comply with the written requirements of the Employment Act 1955.
Responsible for monthly attendance statistics, accurately record and manage employees' statutory leaves such as annual leave, sick leave and maternity leave; accurately calculate salaries, overtime pay, allowances and statutory deductions (such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and ensure timely payment.
Establish and maintain all employees' personal files (paper and electronic versions) to ensure data accuracy, completeness and confidentiality; maintain harmonious employee relations, handle employee inquiries and assist in organizing employee activities.
Organize new employee orientation training, assist various departments in conducting training needs analysis and formulating and implementing training plans.
Collect and analyze performance appraisal data; implement the company's various welfare policies.
Serve as the main contact person, responsible for liaison with government departments such as the Human Resources Department, Tax Bureau and social security institutions, handling all relevant declarations, updates, inspections and applications for preferential policies.
Assist in formulating and updating localized employee handbooks and HR‑related processes, communicate and explain them to all employees, and participate in the continuous optimization of HR systems.
