Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Certified and experienced Internal Trainer, capable of conducting in-house training programs.
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.

• Conduct training needs analysis and create annual training plans.
• Design and implement talent and succession planning frameworks.
