Job description

Role Responsibilities

Processing monthly claims, AP invoices, petty cash, and payment records.
Monitor daily bank balances and cash requirements for the company.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation & update fixed assets register and ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
Identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions.
To assist in preparation of management accounts and all supporting reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filling.
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks assigned.

Role Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance studies.
Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply for this role.
Good MS Excel, Words, and knowledge in ERP system.
Candidate must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
