Human Resources (HR)
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and manpower planning.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle: hiring, transfers, disciplinary actions, and exits.
  • Handle payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance and leave.
  • Coordinate trainings and training fund applications.
  • Conduct employee performance appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive work environment through grievance handling, investigations, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related audit queries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Administration
  • Manage office administration: travel bookings, printing company materials (name cards, IDs, uniforms).
  • Organize and manage company events.
  • Liaise with contractors to maintain office facilities.
