Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee various HR functions including compensation, recruitment, and staff training. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource with 3-5 years of experience in the HR department. Knowledge of Sage EasyPay and ISO standards is beneficial. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Department.
  • Familiar with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee aspects of HR like compensation and performance appraisal.
  • Direct staff payroll management using Sage EasyPay.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions and advertisements.

Job description

Overseeing and responsible for other aspects of HR i.e. compensation, manpower, induction programme, performance appraisal, resignation and etc

In charge for Direct staff payroll (Sage EasyPay)

To prepare the statutory monthly contribution form for Direct Staff

Prepare Letter of appointment, warning letter, memo and etc

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisement and managing the hiring process

In charge for staff training & welfare

Liaison with government Department

Familiar and abreast with current Employment Act

Partners with production units to develop and improve competency of human capital

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Assist in performance management processes

Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Maintain and update personal record / files

Maintain staff records according to policy and legal requirements

To supervise the duties and responsibilities of the admin assistant

To supervise and monitor the transportation of the staff

Keep and update the HR forms

To organize and keep records of training provided

All other HR and Admin related duties

Provide support whenever necessary

Job Requirement:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource/related field

At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Department

Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Familiar with Sage EasyPay system will be an added advantage

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Strong ethics and reliability

Resourceful & able to work independently.
